S’mores Dip

Listen to Episode 06 to learn about the history of the Graham Cracker, and then do something that would have Sylvester Graham turning in his grave.

Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon butter to coat the bottom of the dish
Enough milk chocolate chips to do a nice layer of chocolate on the bottom of whatever baking dish you prefer (I prefer an oven-safe skillet, but you do you)
either half jumbo marshmallows or use mini ones
Graham cracker squares

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Preheat the oven with the skillet or baking dish inside.
  2. Pull the warmed baking dish from the oven and put the butter in there–let it melt and spread it around.
  3. Once fully coated, layer in chocolate
  4. Then marshmallow
  5. Bake 5-7 minutes
  6. Remove and use graham crackers to dip in delicious chocolate/marshmallow goo.
